Artist book comissioned by acclaimed costume designer and RISD faculty Gwen Van Den Eijnde. The book is an ode to a collection of characters the artist created for an opera in the Middle East that was abandoned in the pandemic. The format encourages the viewer to engage with a multitude of perspectives hoping to relate to the play of fold and layering central to Gwen’s formal endeavors.

The book is being prepared for The Alfred Latour Prize 2021
